APPLETON, WIS. (February 19, 2020) – The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA), an independently owned, industry-leading retirement plan solutions provider is pleased to announce the re-hiring of Phil Kennedy as their latest Regional Sales Consultant, covering a territory that includes Colorado, Utah, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. Kennedy will report to Jeff Schreiber, Director of Sales with TRA.

Kennedy will be responsible for partnering with industry leading plan advisors, recordkeeping wholesalers and plan providers in the retirement plan arena. His primary focus will be on the design and implementation of optimal employer sponsored retirement plans for both the private and public (not-for-profit) sectors of the market, ultimately looking to satisfy the design goals of the business owner as well as their employees.

Kennedy has worked in the financial services and retirement plans industries for 13 plus years. Phil most recently was employed as a Regional Sales Rep for Ameritas and has now returned to TRA. Prior to TRA, he held various sales roles with Lincoln Trust, Great West Financial and a regional TPA.

Kennedy graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. He currently holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
