Enhance Communication with TRA:
- Eliminate Mailing Hassles: No more mailing notices to participants, saving time and resources.
- Seamless Email Collection: We obtain participant email addresses directly from the plan provider.
- Efficient Notice Distribution: We obtain notices and send pertinent notices from TRA or the recordkeeper, sending them electronically.
- Engagement Tracking: We track whether participants engage with the electronic notices.
- Backup Hard Copy Notices: If participants do not engage with the electronic notice, a hard copy is sent to their address on file.
- Lost Participant Search: If hard mail is returned, we initiate a search to reconnect participants with their assets.
