PRESS RELEASE – TRA Reunites with Stephen Switzer as the Newest Regional Plan Consultant

Experienced Financial Professional to Spearhead Consulting Services in the Southeast

APPLETON, WI (October 2, 2023) – The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA), a leading provider of retirement plan solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Switzer to its Regional Plan Consulting (RPC) team. Switzer will assume the role of RPC, serving clients in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, the Carolinas, and Tennessee. He will report directly to Darin Erdmann, TRA’s Director of Sales & Distribution.

Stephen returns to TRA following a brief tenure at FuturePlan by Ascensus, where he thrived as a Senior Plan Consultant and at Nova 401(k) Associates, where he served as the Team Leader for Plan Terminations. In his new role, Switzer will work closely with financial advisors and recordkeeping partners to craft and execute customized retirement plan solutions for businesses of all scales.

Switzer brings a wealth of financial industry expertise, boasting over a decade of experience in various sales, consulting, and leadership roles.
