We don’t believe in call centers — we believe in relationships and a specific person that is dedicated to you, working with you every step of the way.

Your client relationship manager will act as your concierge, answering questions, accessing resources and adhering to deadlines — keeping you on track and on time with the highest level of customer service.

      When Babette is not assisting you with your plan, you can find her in her community of Clear Lake, IA, enjoying the many activities that living in a small town with a lake provides.In the summer, it’s the beach and boating.In the winter, it’s watching the kite festival or snowmobile races on the lake.My husband and I have five children and four dogs.We help out at our local animal shelter when we can and also enjoy Jeep cruises and camping.

      • I’m an Iowa Hawkeye and Vikings fan from Iowa, but I also lived in southern Minnesota for about 20 years.
      • I think of myself as a tomboy since I have four older brothers that drug me around with them everywhere, but I’ve also been known to enjoy getting pedicures, manicures, and massages.

In this role as Client Relationship Manger, Cindy is responsible for helping our clients maintain their 401(k) plans with the best possible provisions for the advantage of our clients, as well as making sure they timely file all required forms.

      Cindy lives in Metro Atlanta with her husband of almost 40 years.  She has 3 children and 8 grandchildren and loves to spend time with her family.  She has 2 dogs that she loves very much.  She enjoys watching college football, Atlanta Braves baseball, reading, and game shows (especially the Wheel of Fortune).

      I moved to Wisconsin with my husband in 2015 along with my 2 dogs, Black Lab “Wrecks” and Chocolate Cocker Spaniel “Bailey” and 2 cats “Harley and Mr. Bruiser”. We all arrived safe and sound from Bonnie Scotland to start a new life here in the US. I am an avid animal lover and so volunteer at the Humane Society here in Appleton.

      I have 3 children and 9 wonderful grandchildren whom I loved to bits and spoil as often as I can.

      My husband and I love to travel the world our next adventure is Peru, among traveling I love to grow my own vegetables, read a good book and spend time biking and long walks. I love to bake and cook not only for us humans but my dogs, they especially love their doggie treats.

I have two children who have evolved into amazing adults that I enjoy spending as much time with as possible. I am from North Carolina but I have lived in the metro Atlanta area since 1981.

They have 2 Yorkies (Daisy and Duke).

      Lauren loves a good book, football, baseball, period dramas on TV, the lake, and the beach.  She worked as an interior designer for 8 years and enjoys making a house a home. Her husband jokes if something sits still long enough in their house, she will paint it (including him).  Her favorite hobby is to rehab old furniture and create pieces of art to hang around their home.

I do have a cat named Kimchi and plan to grow my pet family in the future. Having animals around has always been important to me. When I was growing up I always had pets in my life as family and I think they add so much to our lives when we care for them. My cat Kimchi is basically considered my familiar as she does follow me everywhere around the house and needs to be ‘helping’ me in any endeavor I may have like cooking or watching TV.
