We don’t believe in call centers — we believe in relationships and a specific person that is dedicated to you, working with you every step of the way.

Your client relationship manager will act as your concierge, answering questions, accessing resources and adhering to deadlines — keeping you on track and on time with the highest level of customer service.

      She lives in Mobile, Alabama, about 45 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and beaches! When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her three active boys, Jake, Carson and Ryan, and their rescue dog, Maggie. She played sports all of her life, including college tennis, and loves to watch almost any sport. She regularly volunteers as team mom and scorekeeper for her sons’ baseball and basketball teams, and is a Green Bay Packers, LSU Tigers and San Antonio Spurs fan! She also loves doing crafts, designing t-shirts and volunteering at their church.

      When Babette is not assisting you with your plan, you can find her in her community of Clear Lake, IA, enjoying the many activities that living in a small town with a lake provides.In the summer, it’s the beach and boating.In the winter, it’s watching the kite festival or snowmobile races on the lake.My husband and I have five children and four dogs.We help out at our local animal shelter when we can and also enjoy Jeep cruises and camping.

      • I’m an Iowa Hawkeye and Vikings fan from Iowa, but I also lived in southern Minnesota for about 20 years.
      • I think of myself as a tomboy since I have four older brothers that drug me around with them everywhere, but I’ve also been known to enjoy getting pedicures, manicures, and massages.
      • The things I love most in life are my husband, my kids and my dogs.
      • I’ve been working on 401(k) plans for most of my adult life. It’s just a way of life for me and I love it.

When the weather is right, she spends a lot of time on the water; boating, kayaking and fishing.

      • Volunteering at convalescent centers and/or hospitals and a local Elks Club affiliated with the armed forces

      I’m a devoted wife, animal lover and enjoy volunteer work at convalescent centers and for our local Elks Club fraternal organization dedicated to inculcating the principles of charity, justice, good morals, fidelity, coupled with inspiring the spirit of American patriotism and cultivating good fellowship by helping and serving people and community through benevolent programs, demonstrating that the Elk’s’ care. I serve at my local chapter here in Allen Park, MI.

      I think of myself as an outgoing person and loyal team member, although I’ve also been known to work well independently and prefer to figure things out on my own for non- time critical matters.

      The things I love most in life are God, family and traveling the world with my husband.

      • Together they have 3 children. Tony (13), Melina (11) and Evan (8) and two dogs Lucy and Rocky.
      • She enjoys attending the children’s sporting events, Soccer, Volleyball, Swim Team, and Gymnastics. Watching professional soccer and college football with family.
      • Loves going to the beach on the weekends.

      The things I love most in life is spending time with my children, family and friends. Making memories that last a life time, weather that is having a barbeque in the back yard or going on a fun vacation.

      He’s a novice but functioning snowboarder, enjoy actively participating in my boys’ lives and bringing smiles to people’s faces from California living currently in Castle Rock, Colorado.

      He thinks of himself as a shy person, although he has also been known to outgoing when the need arises.

      The things James Loves most in life are spending time with my boys, outdoor activities and vacations to nice warm places.

      James has been in the qualified plan and mutual fund management field for 20+ years, and I really love it.

      Terrie is a Client Relationship Manager at The Retirement Advantage, Inc (TRA). She has over 20 years of customer service experience including the last 9 years in retirement plans. In this role as CRM, Terrie is responsible for assisting plan sponsors and advisors with day-to-day plan administration. In addition, she will provide solutions for plan issues, guidance when plan design is needed, and updates regarding key regulatory and compliance matters to name a few.

      Terrie has the following credentials:

      • Retirement Plan Fundamentals Part 1 & 2, ASPPA Certificates

      Outside of the Office

      She is a devoted mom of a 23-year-old son and 20-year-old daughter. She and her husband have been married 25 years and reside in Mobile, Al. where she was born and raised.

      When she is not in the office, you can find Terrie traveling to see her daughter play college volleyball. She also enjoys the outdoors especially fishing and hunting with her family.
