Clinton C. Reese Joins TRA as Regional Plan Consultant for Ohio Valley Territory
APPLETON, WI (July 22, 2025) – The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA), a leading provider of retirement plan solutions, proudly welcomes Clinton C. Reese as the newest Regional Plan Consultant covering the Ohio Valley region, including Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and West Virginia. Reese will report directly to Darin Erdmann, Director of Sales and Distribution at TRA.
With more than 25 years of experience in the retirement services industry, Reese brings a proven record in sales, marketing, and relationship management. In his role, he will collaborate with financial advisors, recordkeepers, and third-party administrators to deliver innovative retirement plan solutions tailored to the needs of plan sponsors and their employees.

Prior to joining TRA, Reese served as Retirement Plan Consultant at First Financial Bank and held leadership positions at Latitude Retirement (fka Niles Lankford Group). He also spent a decade at Nationwide Financial supporting national retirement plan distribution and earlier began his career at Fidelity Investments. Reese’s career is defined by a passion for helping businesses implement successful retirement plans and driving long-term client relationships.

Reese holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Cincinnati and has taught financial literacy courses as an adjunct professor. He resides in Cincinnati, OH, where he is active in local community organizations, including the St. Mary Finance Commission and Our Daily Bread.
