Leading Retirement Plan Solutions Provider Expands Expertise with New Addition
APPLETON, WIS. (August 22, 2023) – The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA), a prominent provider of retirement plan solutions, is proud to announce the latest addition to its Regional Plan Consulting (RPC) team.
Nic Irick brings extensive experience and expertise to drive growth in retirement plan sales consulting across diverse regions, including Colorado, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming. In his role, Irick will report to Darin Erdmann, TRA’s Director of Sales & Distribution. Prior to joining TRA, Nic excelled as a Regional Sales Director at Mutual of Omaha.
His mandate will be to collaborate closely with financial advisors and recordkeeping partners, offering strategic support in the creation and execution of optimal retirement plan designs tailored to businesses of all sizes.

Nic Irick holds current FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses. He lives in Topeka, Kansas; is an Eagle Scout, volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America, and is on the Topeka Landmarks Commission.
