TRA Announces Purchase of Gillespie & Company of Virginia
APPLETON, WI (May 14, 2019) – The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA), an independently owned, industry-leading national retirement services company announced today the acquisition of Gillespie & Company of Virginia, a third-party administration firm, headquartered in Danville, VA.
With the completion of the acquisition on May 1, 2019, TRA now provides service to more than 8,500 clients nationwide and has more than $8.5 billion in assets under administration (AUA).
