We understand that beginning a journey with a new company can be a little overwhelming, so here’s everything you need to know for your exciting first day at TRA.

Prepare for Success on Day One:

Please have your phone and computer set up by 9:00 am CST to ensure a seamless experience during the scheduled virtual orientation at the same time (9am CST).

At 9:00 am CST on your first day, our IT team will personally assist you by calling you directly to complete the computer setup and provide system training.

Your first day schedule will look like this (times are CST):

Time Objective
8:00 am – 9:00 am: Set up your phone and computer
9:00 am – 11:00 am: Workstation set up and IT training—Call with IT (you will receive a call directly)
11:00 am – 12:00 pm: Lunch
12:00 pm – 1:30 pm: Online Cybersecurity Training (information in your TRA Outlook Inbox)
1:30 pm – 2:00 pm: Welcome Call with your Manager (meeting invite in your TRA Outlook Inbox)
2:00 pm – 4:00 pm  HR New Hire Orientation – (meeting invite in your TRA Outlook Inbox)

A few things to note:

  • If you have any questions about accessing your computer, you can contact our IT Helpdesk via email at helpdesk@tra401k.com or call 920.831.3300 (or dial the extension “2015” from your desk phone).
  • Please DO NOT access the system or your phone at the time of your first session. Please call in using another phone (ideally, a cell phone).
  • This schedule is just a glimpse of your first day. You can expect comprehensive training to help you get acclimated and excel in your new role
