      As TRA’s Director of Sales, Jeffrey leads a team of 10 Regional Sales Consultants (RSC’s) and 4 Internal Sales Consultants (ISC’s) focused on growing TRA’s client base. The team is focused on providing best in class consulting services to our record keeping partners’ wholesalers, retirement plan advisors, and their plan sponsor clients and prospects.

      Jeffrey’s emphasis is on strengthening relationships with key contacts at our record keeping platform partners, broker-dealers, and centers of influence as well as developing the team of professionals that work with him.

      Since 1996 Jeffery has worked in the financial services industry in operations, operations management, sales, and sales management roles, record keeping, DCIO, and third party administration firms.

      Jeffrey attended The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

      John founded Markley Actuarial in 1985 and has over 30 years of experience providing services to qualified retirement plans. He has been active in the Government Affairs Committee (GAC) of ASPPA, which includes an annual meeting with governmental agencies and elected federal officials or staff. He is also President Elect of ASPPA’s College of Pension Actuaries (ACOPA).

      Aurelia Detwiler has over 20 years of financial services experience with 12 years of sales and market development practice with top tier financial services companies that include Empower Retirement, MassMutual, Invesco, and Morgan Stanley. Through her respected roles she has cultivated financial advisor sales opportunities through strategic partnerships with mutual fund wholesalers, third-party administrators (TPA) and 401(k) recordkeepers.

      Currently, Aurelia focuses on business strategies and retirement plan solutions that meet the specific needs of plan sponsors and their valued employees.  She partners with advisors and many of the top recordkeepers in the country to deliver comprehensive and customized solutions for our mutual clients. Aurelia applies her own expertise, and that of The Retirement Advantage, to help navigate clients through complex ERISA regulations and prudent plan operations. This, of course, helps with building long-term relationships and proper plan design considerations for plan sponsors.

      With a notable career in the retirement plan industry, Brad currently is responsible for TRA sales and marketing distributed through financial advisors and product wholesalers in Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. He is passionate about simplifying the complexities and technical aspects of 401(k) and defined benefit plans to help advisors and plan sponsors build, manage and evaluate successful solutions that meet their well-defined retirement goals.

      Brad has spent the past 11+ years in plan administration, consulting and retirement plan trust accounting. Before he joined TRA, Brad built his retirement plan background working in plan administration with:

      Grant is the Regional Sales Consultant for The Retirement Advantage (TRA), a national non-producing TPA firm. He is responsible for creating successful partnerships via the marketing and distribution of TRA services to Financial Advisors, Retirement Plan Wholesalers and Plan Sponsors to our New England territory of  CT, MA, ME, NH, RI & VT.

      Livingston has worked in the financial services industry for 30 years with a focus on retirement services for the past 18. His experience is deeply imbedded in recordkeeping, investment analytics and at the plan sponsor level.

      Prior to joining TRA, Livingston helped build the TPA platform during his 10 year tenure at MassMutual. He was part of the team at WisdomTree Investments that created and launched one of the first ETF based 401(k) platforms. As an industry wholesaler, he is credited with helping advisors sell close to $1 billion in retirement plan assets.

      Livingston graduated from Charter Oak College, with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and completed graduate studies in Research, Measurement and Quantitative Analysis at SCSU. He is a graduate of the 3-year CUNA Management School at SUNY. He has been a nationally recognized industry speaker and trainer throughout his career.

      Grant and his wife Andrea enjoy time with their family and friends and have three sons.  He is involved in his local community with youth sports and is an active Umpire and Football Official in CT with the CIAC.

Matt graduated from Bluffton College in 1996, with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology. He has spent time on both the Recordkeeping side with Nationwide, Transamerica, and MassMutual as well as the TPA side helping advisors and plan sponsors create and design the best retirement plan possible for their clients.

      Matt enjoys time with his family and friends and has two children. Son Austin, who is a Freshmen at Ball State studying Political Science and daughter Kathryn a Junior at Hamilton Southeastern High School and is involved in competitive cheerleading. He and his wife Sarah, an RN, have been married for 20 years. In his free time Matt enjoys fishing and outdoor sports with his friends and family.

      Tiffany Hanks, is a Regional Sales Consultant (RSC); with more than 28 years of experience in the financial and insurance industry, specializing in retirement plans.

      Tiffany began her career working in a family-owned ERISA consulting firm, which she led for several years. After relocating from Salt Lake City to the Washington, D.C. area, she worked as an administrator for a local TPA firm. She was then appointed by ING (now VOYA) to the newly-created role as TPA Regional Manager. From there, Tiffany progressed to the role of National Practice Leader for the TPA channel for MassMutual.

      Tiffany loves to travel, enjoys theater, history and is an avid reader. She has a large extended family. Originally from Utah and Idaho, she has lived in the DC area for the past 20 years and loves to explore the region and take advantage of all it has to offer.
